You can find out the delivery place and date for your item or the reason for non-delivery.

Available delivery statuses:

  • Dispatch ongoing: the item is being handled by De Post-La Poste.
  • Delivery pending: the item has arrived at the post office which will take care of its delivery to the addressee. Delivery is pending.
  • Delivered: the item has been delivered.
  • Notice left: the item has been unsuccessfully presented at the addressee. It is being held at the post office or the PointPoste/PostPunt until it is picked up by the addressee.
  • Forwarded: the addressee has filed an address change request or has asked for the item to be presented again.
  • Returned to sender: the item has been returned to the sender for one of the following reasons: the addressee has failed to pick up the item at the post office or declined to accept the item; the addressee has changed address and De Post-La Poste does not have a forwarding address; the addressee is unknown; the address on the item is incorrect.

To conduct a search, select the name of the product and confirm.

Fill in the digits (and letters, if present) as mentioned on your deposit slip.

Click Add to confirm.

If your number is not confirmed, check your deposit slip number and make any corrections.

You can enter up to 10 items. Then click the Search button.

The result of the search will provide you with the latest available information on your items.

  • The delivery statuses: delivery pending, delivered, notice left, forwarded or returned to sender;
  • The date on which the delivery status was entered in our computer system;
  • The name of the post office at which this status was registered.

This information will remain online for 90 days after the date of deposit.
