1. Select the type of item and Confirm.
   
   
2. If a list is shown, select in the drop-down menu the sequence of digits corresponding to the first digits of your barcode.
   
   
3. If the list is not shown, Enter the last 12 digits on your deposit slip in the second field and click the Add button.
   For an international registered mail, enter the full reference of the mail : 2 letters, followed by 9 figures, followed by BE.
   
   
4. Repeat if you want to conduct another search. You can enter up to 10 items per request. Then click the Search button.

The programme will show you the latest status of the items corresponding to the numbers that were entered.
